To grow our team, we are currently looking for highly motivated and qualified individuals as follows :
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation (Australia, USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand) of students, and assisting the students with University applications.
- Attending follow-up calls and assisting the students who are working with us from the beginning till they settle down in their designated country.
- Providing basic information to the students or clients over the phone.
- Creating a weekly and monthly work report.
- Uploading the student's data on designated software.
- Achieving monthly KPI.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's completed in any discipline. (Please do not apply if you are a running student)
Counselling Experience Requirements
- 1 Year
Additional Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in Communication and Documentation.
- Must have a pleasant personality and computer savvy.
- Have skills in MS Office app, PDF editing, and Bangla typing (Please do not apply if you aren’t good at Bangla typing).
- Highly self-driven person, quick learner, professional and punctual.
- Must have documentation experience in a Student Visa Consulting Company.
- Candidates who are looking for long-term work contracts are encouraged to apply.
