Terms & Conditions
- You must open your file with us during the event while maintaining all required procedures.
- The cashback will be provided once your visa is approved.
- You can open your file without IELTS/PTE/TOEFL scores and take the exam later—you will still remain eligible for the cashback.
- If you open the file during the event and later sit for IELTS/PTE/TOEFL but fail to achieve the required admission score, you will not be eligible for the cashback.
- The Free Laptop Campaign applies only to students applying for Yoobee College, New Zealand during the event. A laptop worth around BDT 50,000 will be given once the visa is granted. If the visa is not granted, the student will not be eligible for the laptop.
- A student can avail only one offer (either cashback or laptop), not both.
- The Cashback and Free Laptop Offer is valid until the July 2026 intake. If you open your file during the event and plan to join either the February 2026 or July 2026 intake, you will still be eligible to enjoy this offer.
How to Open a File with Us?
There is no service charge at any stage, neither before nor after your visa is granted. We work only with genuine students who have a real intention to process their application with us.
You can start your file in one of two ways. If you choose to begin the process by submitting only scanned copies of your documents, you will be required to pay a security deposit of BDT 5,000. It is important to understand that this amount is a deposit, not a service fee. On the other hand, if you start the process by providing your original documents, you do not need to pay anything at all – absolutely no fees or deposits.
The security deposit is fully refundable under all circumstances. You will get it back if you do not receive an offer letter, if your visa is refused, or even if your visa is successfully granted. This ensures that your money is completely safe while you work with us to pursue your studies abroad.
Important Note:
If you want to avail the 100% cashback on IELTS/PTE/TOEFL or the Free Laptop offer, make sure to bring your original documents or the BDT 5,000 security deposit to open your file at the Expo.
